Teacher Management

Guide to managing teacher information, qualifications, and assignments.

  1. Navigate to Teachers from the main menu
  2. Browse the complete teacher list
  3. Filter by:
    • Department
    • Subject
    • Employment Status
    • Qualification Level
  1. Click Add Teacher
  2. Enter required details:
    • Personal Information
    • Contact Details
    • Qualifications
    • Employment Information
    • Subject Specializations
  3. Upload required documents
  4. Click Save

Each profile includes:

  • Personal Information
  • Qualifications & Certifications
  • Employment History
  • Subject Assignments
  • Class Assignments
  • Contact Information
  • Documents
  1. Open teacher profile
  2. Go to Assignments tab
  3. Click Assign Class
  4. Select class and subject
  5. Set schedule
  6. Save assignment
  1. Navigate to teacher assignments
  2. Click Add Subject
  3. Select subject and classes
  4. Set teaching hours
  5. Confirm assignment

  • Educational certificates
  • Employment contracts
  • Professional development records
  • Performance reviews
  • Update qualifications
  • Modify assignments
  • Change employment status
  • Update contact information
  • Generate teacher reports
